This was achieved through its ‘Skills to Succeed’ Initiative in partnership with some non-profits.

The report, Making a Measurable Difference, details that Accenture is committed to inclusion and diversity and also to ensuring an inclusive environment without considering ethnicity, religion, gender, sexual orientation, age or disability. The company aims at growing its percentage of women employed in the company to 40% worldwide.
