#Event: The people side of climate: Communicating to drive change

Despite the zealous attempts from stakeholders and top institutions, communicating the adverse impacts of climate change have only marginally influenced some societal groups.

Given that this global challenge requires buy-in from a diverse range of actors across all of society, we need to engage people from their perspective.

This webinar, organised by the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (ICRS), will therefore discuss techniques to engage, listen to, and work with people and organisations from across the global society on how to communicate climate change in ways that are inclusive and people-focused.

Speakers at the webinar are: Dr. Adam Corner – Research Director, Climate Outreach; and Dr Phillipa Coan, Business Psychologist and Behaviour Change Consultant.

Date: Tuesday, July 25, 2017

Time: 09:00am – 10:00pm
