The Global Youth Video Competition on Climate Change is co-organized by the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) secretariat and the UNDP-GEF Small Grants Programme. The competition is created for young adults within the ages of 18 and 30 engaged in activities to fight climate change.
Winners of the competition will have the opportunity to serve as a youth reporter, assisting the UN Climate Change team with videos, articles and social media posts as well as a round-trip travel ticket to attend the 24th session of the Conference of the Parties (COP 24) in Katowice, Poland, in December 2018.
To qualify submit a not more than three minute long video in Spoken or subtitled English in one of the following categories
- Your activities that contribute to responsible production and consumption.
- Your activities that contribute to the creation of climate friendly jobs.
One winner would be chosen per category.
