Sweden sets to promote sustainability at Expo 2020

Sweden has announced its intentions to promote innovation and national focus on sustainability at Expo 2020 Dubai.
It is believed that the  Expo 2020  offers Sweden an opportunity to showcase its focus on sustainability and innovation, while opening up new potential business opportunities in the UAE and across the region,

An agreement featuring the Nordic country’s participation at the event was signed by Anders Lönnberg, the commissioner general of the committee for Sweden’s participation at Expo 2020 Dubai and Najeeb Mohammed Al-Ali, executive director of the Dubai Expo 2020 Bureau.

Sweden’s government has already allocated funds for its participation, which will by jointly funded with members of the Swedish business community.
