KeyBank Supports Affordable Housing in Oregon

Key Bank, an American regional Bank, has invested $9.5 million in St Francis Park Apartment in Oregon. This investment is to facilitate the construction of 106 affordable housing units in St Francis Park Apartment.
The Apartment affords the residents ease of access to local resources and also make use of other support services from the Catholic Charities, an organization committed to supporting women and children who have experienced domestic violence.
The Executive Director of Catholic Charities, Rick Birkel, expressed the organization’s excitement at the project’s potential and expressed gratitude to all partners.
The National Manager of the Community Development Lending and Investment (CDLI) Team of Key Bank said that the CDLI is looking for more opportunities to impact their community. He also said that the team hopes that with this project, it provides a shelter for homeless households.
